BMS Engineer (Honeywell Systems) – Immediate Hiring

Our client, a globally recognized technology leader in building automation and energy management solutions, is committed to delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable smart building systems. They are currently seeking an experienced BMS Engineer (Honeywell Systems) to support ongoing operations and maintenance projects.

Position: BMS Engineer (Honeywell Systems)
Salary: QAR 9,000 (All-inclusive) per month
Working Hours: 10 hours per day (including overtime and breaks)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Job Type: Full-time, 3-month contract (extendable)

Role Overview

The BMS Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Honeywell BMS systems across assigned facilities, with a primary focus on maintenance and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Honeywell BMS systems to ensure reliable operation and optimal energy performance.
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot issues, and execute corrective actions on BMS hardware, software, and associated control systems.
• Monitor alarms and trends, ensuring timely response to system abnormalities and operational issues.
• Carry out system backups, software updates, and configuration changes as required.
• Coordinate closely with facilities management, HVAC, electrical, and other technical teams to ensure effective system integration and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, faults, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams on Honeywell BMS functionality, maintenance procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Building Management Systems.
• Proven experience with Honeywell BMS platforms (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and building automation protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
