Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems, with strong exposure to installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of BMS systems.

The candidate must be familiar with Honeywell, Alerton, and Schneider BMS systems and should have sound knowledge of HVAC controls, field devices, control panels, and system integration. The role requires technical competence, site coordination ability, and a proactive approach to delivering projects and support services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) at site.
• Carry out troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for BMS devices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of HVAC and other building automation systems through the BMS platform.
• Configure and support BMS integration with third-party systems where applicable.
• Attend preventive and corrective maintenance activities for BMS systems.
• Review control drawings, wiring diagrams, shop drawings, and sequence of operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for project execution and service activities.
• Prepare technical reports, testing and commissioning reports, service reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support end-user training, system handover, and post-installation technical assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Honeywell, Alerton, and Schneider BMS systems is mandatory.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, sensors, actuators, and building automation principles.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and other standard integration protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret control schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in testing and commissioning of BMS systems in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of system graphics, controller programming, and BMS software tools.
• Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple activities.
• UAE driving license required
