BMS Engineer (Alerton by Honeywell)

We are looking for a BMS Engineer with Commissioning or Maintenance experience to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance for HVAC, lighting, and other integrated services.
• Diagnose system alarms, faults, and communication issues.
• Coordinate with onsite facility management and other technical teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in BMS
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and communication protocols.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
