Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled BMS Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, energy management, and IoT-based facility solutions. The role involves integrating, maintaining, and supporting Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT devices used in our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain BMS and IoT devices, including HVAC controllers, energy meters, IAQ sensors, smart appliances, and network equipment.
• Work with network protocols such as TCP/IP, BACnet, and Modbus for system integration and communication.
• Diagnose and resolve field-level hardware, software, and communication issues.
• Perform software and firmware updates to ensure performance, security, and compatibility.
• Monitor IoT network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain network security.
• Integrate BMS/IoT systems with the CAFM/IoT platform in coordination with the internal IT and engineering teams.
• Provide technical support and training to facility teams and end-users at various sites.
• Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC operations, and energy optimization.
• Working experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, and TCP/IP networks.
• Hands-on experience in commissioning IoT devices and sensors.
• Good understanding of gateways, controllers, and field communication wiring.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switching, routing, Wi-Fi).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS, IoT integration, or facility automation.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across India for project execution and support.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
