Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified BMS Engineer / Operator with solid experience in Delta Controls and a strong understanding of BMS operations within the UAE market.

_ **Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in BMS is required **_

_ **Expertise in Delta Controls is a must**_

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems, particularly Delta Controls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in BMS/GRMS systems
• Improve energy efficiency through system optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and facility managers
• Maintain system logs, documentation, and compliance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on BMS experience in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
• Strong knowledge of Delta Controls systems
• Familiarity with GRMS, BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols
• Proficiency in reading schematics and control drawings
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
