BMS Operator

System Monitoring & Control

• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems through the BMS platform.
• Adjust system parameters to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to alarms, faults, and abnormal system conditions in real time.

Troubleshooting & Coordination

• Diagnose issues and escalate to maintenance teams when needed.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and FM supervisors for corrective actions.
• Log incidents, faults, and system changes accurately.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Support

• Assist in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance activities.
• Verify system performance after maintenance or repairs.
• Ensure all BMS-related equipment is functioning correctly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly system performance reports.
• Maintain logs of alarms, system adjustments, and maintenance activities.
• Update system documentation, drawings, and equipment list as required.

Energy & Efficiency Management

• Monitor energy consumption trends and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and FM policies.
• Support fire alarm and life safety system monitoring through the BMS.
• Participate in emergency response procedures when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,200.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• BMS Operator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)

Location:

• Riyadh (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
