BMS OPERATOR

Job Title: BMS Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled BMS Operator with experience in Honeywell systems to monitor, operate, and maintain building automation systems. The candidate will ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, and other integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Honeywell BMS system on a daily basis
• Monitor HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs) through BMS
• Identify alarms, faults, and system abnormalities and take corrective action
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance (PPM) through BMS interface
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for rectification of faults
• Ensure proper operation of lighting control, fire alarm interface, and energy management systems
• Maintain logs for system performance, faults, and corrective actions
• Assist in troubleshooting BMS hardware and software issues
• Ensure all parameters are within set limits for efficient operation

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BMS operation (preferably Honeywell system)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building services
• Familiar with BMS software, graphics, and alarm handling
• Basic understanding of networking and control systems
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in **Honeywell EBI / **Honeywell Forge systems
• Knowledge of energy management and optimization
• Ability to work in shifts

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role (commercial/residential building)

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
