BMS Operator (Building Management System)

• Monitor and operate BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, elevators, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot BMS alarms and escalate critical faults to the engineering team for timely resolution.
• Perform routine checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on BMS-controlled equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns, make minor repairs, and coordinate with relevant technicians.
• Assist in optimizing energy use by adjusting system settings for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of system performance, alarms, and maintenance activities.
• Support BMS system upgrades, integration, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for software and hardware support when needed.

Pay: QAR10.00 - QAR100.00 per month
