BMS Technician

Job Title: BMS Technician – Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Control Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission BMS and HVAC control systems
• Assemble DDC control panels and perform cable termination works.
• Conduct BMS loop checking, point-to-point verification, and field device identification.
• Configure and troubleshoot communication networks using BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
• Diagnose faults in sensors, controllers, and field devices
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams for system integration
• Read and interpret control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BMS and HVAC controls
• Good knowledge of controllers, sensors, actuators, and control panels
• Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
