BMS Technician & Operator (Inside Kuwait Only)

Location: Kuwait

Experience Required: 3–5 years (in Kuwait)

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified BMS Technician & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plant rooms, AHUs, FCUs , and BMS installation and operation .

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of BMS systems, DDC controllers, and field devices.
• Support routine operation and maintenance of building management systems.
• Work with different BMS platforms and software.
• Prepare reports using MS Office and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, BMS, and related systems.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills.
• Certification in BMS or related technical field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer operations.
• Pleasing personality, team-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Transferable Kuwait Residency (Article 18) – Must.
