Bimmer Rescue is growing and we are looking for an A or B Level European Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is not the kind of shop where people work against each other, complain all day or create drama. We work hard, help each other, laugh a lot and take pride in fixing difficult cars the right way.

We are looking for a technician who:

• Shows up on time and ready to work before 8am
• Has a positive attitude
• Treats coworkers and customers with respect
• Enjoys being part of a close team
• Communicates well
• Takes on challenges instead of avoiding them
• Can diagnose and repair complex European vehicles
• Either has a Virginia State Inspection License or can obtain one quickly

BMW experience is a huge plus. Experience with Audi, Mercedes, MINI, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover or other European brands is also valuable.

Compensation

Flat Rate Performance Pay

Our labor model and strong workflow allow productive technicians to consistently turn significant hours.

Top technicians in our organization earn well into six figures.

Realistic earning potential for a strong A or B level European technician:
$85,000 to $140,000+
