Board Approved (LPCC and LICSW) Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor at Reed Behavioral Health – Plymouth, MN (Hybrid / Flexible)

About Reed Behavioral Health

Reed Behavioral Health is a clinician-led organization redefining addiction treatment through the AERO Model (Access, Engagement, Recovery-Oriented Care).

We focus on helping people engage earlier, stay connected longer, and build sustainable recovery—integrating mental health and substance use care into a cohesive, relationship-centered model.

The Opportunity

Reed Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is approved to provide supervision toward both LPCC and LICSW licensure in Minnesota. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys developing therapists, shaping clinical culture, and helping build innovative models of care.

  • Independent Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, LP, or equivalent qualifying license
  • Board-approved supervisor for LPCC licensure
  • Board-approved supervisor for LICSW licensure

  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care

Preferred:

  • Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Experience in outpatient or community behavioral health settings
