If you thrive on seeing the positive impact of your work, this role is for you. You’ll be at the forefront of helping children overcome behavioral challenges, building brighter futures one step at a time.

THREE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze progress data to refine and adjust interventions, ensuring that each client’s treatment plan evolves with their needs and maximizes their success.
  • Document Progress: Keep thorough, accurate records of every client’s journey, from assessments and treatment plans to session notes and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists and educators, to ensure a cohesive approach across all settings.
  • Stay at the Cutting Edge: Keep up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in behavior analysis. Attend training and professional development sessions to continually enhance your skills and bring the most effective strategies to your clients.
  • Uphold Ethical Standards: Adhere to the highest ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
