Position Overview:

As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the guidance of a BCBA. This hybrid position offers:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the BCBA in conducting functional behavior assessments and creating treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and assist in adjusting interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with data analysis.
• Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders to support treatment goals.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving children with special needs and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $61,320.00 - $70,890.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
