Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals

• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in plan implementation

• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with families, staff, and providers for the best quality of care

• Communicate with our team on billing/insurance to meet payor requirements

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow BACB ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Must reside in Georgia

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care

• Self-driven, with a desire to grow professionally and support families
