Responsibilities

In this role, the BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. The BCBA will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) clients, families, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, etc.)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to support generalization of skills
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, insurance requirements, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
  • Must qualify with designated insurance carriers
  • Valid, current driver’s license
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
  • Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
