Unique Abilities ABA is a family-owned, client-centered ABA therapy provider offering individualized, research-based services for children with autism. We deliver both in-home and in-clinic therapy, tailored to each child’s unique needs and strengths.

With a newly expanded 3,000 sq. ft. clinic in Pensacola, we're enhancing our programming to include social skills groups and play-based interventions. We proudly serve families in Pensacola, Cantonment, Pace, and Milton, offering flexible delivery models including in-home, in-clinic, and hybrid options.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative environment—whether you’re balancing other clients, family, or other responsibilities. Work up to 30 hours/week with a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday). Occasional Fridays may be needed for team meetings or training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee RBTs and behavior technicians, providing supervision and support
  • Monitor client progress and adjust behavior plans as needed
  • Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical quality across sessions
  • Collaborate with families and team members to promote meaningful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Primary Responsibilities

  • Caregiver training and support
  • Protocol modification/prompt level changes
  • New client intakes
  • RBT supervisions
  • Direct Client Care (as needed)

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience providing ABA services preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with in-home or center-based ABA services is a plus
