Speech Solutions 4 All is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help us launch and grow the ABA clinic side of our thriving private practice. We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about making a difference and excited to be a foundational part of our ABA services.

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the following skills:

• 2-3 years of experience supervising RBTs

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• Comfortable with helping structure and launch a new ABA program

• Familiarity with insurance credentialing and documentation standards

• Passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care

What You Can Expect:

• Part-time position to start, with growth into full-time as caseload builds

• Paid administrative hours during insurance credentialing process (which may take 2-3 months)
