Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves providing behavioral therapy, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with special needs.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, and developmental disabilities.

Experience

• Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.
• Background in special education or working with people with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
