We’re growing and looking for a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Position Overview

The BCBA will provide supervision and oversight of ABA programs in home-based settings, ensuring high-quality, ethical care and meaningful outcomes for our clients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking flexible hours, autonomy, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (including FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and provide ongoing support to RBTs and ABA therapists.
• Collect and analyze data to guide program decisions and ensure progress.
• Collaborate with families to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
