Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical and professional standards
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Skills

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• New Jersey licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
