<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans. Your expertise will help children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, reach their full potential. <Duties>

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to measure progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records of all assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Participate in intake processes and coordinate with medical professionals during diagnostic evaluations or when additional health considerations are necessary.

<Qualifications>

  • Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in various settings such as clinics or homes.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
