Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. The BCBA will ensure compliance with insurance requirements including Medicaid of Ga, provide expert guidance in behavioral health settings and lead the teams RBTs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and supervise behavioral therapy programs tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on autism, disabilities, and other developmental challenges
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary
  • Provide patient care through ongoing assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
  • Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Participate in intake processes and develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
  • Educate team members and families about behavioral strategies and intervention techniques
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavioral health

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Proven experience working with children or adults with autism, developmental disabilities, or other behavioral health conditions
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies
  • Experience conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,486.84 - $95,000.00 per year
