About SCF

Starr Child Foundation in home service providers for children and families. We are building a statewide program with strong admin support from 3Y Health. Weekly pay when work is complete. MHN enrollment under SCF takes about 45 days.

Role summary

Start as nonclinical consultant while payer enrollment is processed. Build the program, set quality, and train staff. When enrollment is live, you may move into clinical leadership and choose to take cases. Remote work allowed.

What you will do

• Maintain active BCBA and individual NPI
• Complete MHN enrollment under SCF with 3Y Health
• Train staff on ABA quality, ethics, and compliance
• Liaise with 3Y Health on payer documentation
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI in all work

What you bring

• Active BCBA in good standing in your state
• Individual NPI
• Clean record and strong ethics
• Clear written and spoken English
• Prior payer work is a plus, not required
• Eligible to work in the United States and Pass standard background checks.

Pay and structure

• Base $150000 annually, starts when payer enrollment under SCF goes live
• Milestone bonuses: 2500 on MHN submission, 2500 on MHN approval, 5000 at 90 days active; subject to compliance and prorated/clawback if employment ends within 30 days of payment.
• Weekly pay through STARR CHILD FOUNDATION
• Employment status and benefits will follow state law and counsel advice
• In California this role is a W 2 employee position. In other states status will follow local law and counsel guidance

• Not a name only arrangement
• Not paid for referrals
• Not fee splitting
• Not clinical services unless you later agree in writing
• Not compensated for referrals or patient volume.
