Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lakeside ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding clinical team in Maryland. This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a foundational position within a thoughtfully growing organization that prioritizes clinical excellence, ethical care, and long-term impact.

As a BCBA at Lakeside ABA, you’ll lead assessments and treatment planning for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, collaborate closely with families and care teams, and help shape clinical practices as the organization continues to scale. This is an ideal role for a clinician who values autonomy, leadership, and meaningful influence—without the instability of a startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
  • Oversee and adjust interventions using ABA principles and ongoing data analysis
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care
  • Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation

At Lakeside ABA, BCBAs are trusted clinical leaders with a real voice in how care is delivered. If you’re looking to make a lasting impact while growing alongside a strong, values-driven organization, we’d love to connect.
