Michigan Learning Community is a client-first, person-centered ABA provider serving children and young adults ages 2–21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Our mission is to help every individual interact with and navigate the world with confidence, and we support our clinicians with the tools, training, and team they need to make this impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care within a HIPAA-compliant environment.

We operate large, NET-focused therapy centers (20,000 sq ft in Ypsilanti & 7,500 sq ft in Howell) with strong administrative and clinical support, dedicated clinician spaces, and a collaborative environment where creativity and compassion thrive.

Your Impact as a BCBA

  • Manage a varied caseload across ages, skill sets, and funding sources
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and update goals based on assessment outcomes
  • Lead case-open meetings and maintain progress for CMH/insurance reporting
  • Provide up to 20% supervision in alignment with BACB standards
  • Run parent training (minimum 1 hour/month per family)
  • Conduct technician observations, feedback, and support
  • Train new and existing behavior technicians
  • Provide crisis management, support, and staff coverage as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete quarterly Fidelity Assessments
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, clinicians, families, and support coordinators
  • Uphold MLC’s clinical quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Michigan Behavior Analyst License
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to interact well with children

Preferred:

  • Experience supervising Behavior Technicians
  • Experience with crisis management or center-based ABA
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
