We are currently seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Northbrook team in a hybrid role.

This position offers flexibility while maintaining clinical impact. The BCBA will provide a combination of in-clinic supervision and telehealth services, collaborating with RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary providers.

• Hours: 25–30 hours per week
• Minimum Billable Requirement: 20 billable hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling options
• Setting: Hybrid (In-Clinic & Telehealth)

Compensation

• $70–$80 per hour, based on experience
• Consistent part-time caseload
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs
• Conduct parent training (in-person and via telehealth)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Ensure ethical and clinical compliance with BACB standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Illinois LBA (or ability to obtain)

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
