This is an exciting opportunity to offer a NOVEL INTEGRATED CARE MODEL for autism with the deep-rooted mission of helping families. We provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on natural environment teaching paired with play-based approaches similar to ESDM.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress updates with Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate assessment tools.
- Train and supervise a caseload of Behavior Technicians and clients.
- Collaborate with other clinicians including Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children IN & OUT-center as necessary.
- Attend team and supervisory meetings as scheduled.
- Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates
- Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field required.
- BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
- Experience with children in an educational setting.
- Willingness to obtain license to practice ABA therapy in the state of New Jersey.
- Must submit to a federal and state background check.
