Duties

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with disabilities, including those with autism spectrum disorder
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Participate in intake assessments and patient care planning to support comprehensive service delivery

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment procedures
  • Ability to perform behavioral health evaluations and conduct diagnostic assessments effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
