We provide home and center-based ABA services to individuals with autism, using evidence-based approaches including DTT, NET, and AVB.

Position Overview
The BCBA serves as a clinical supervisor and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client programming. This includes assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and other providers to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal and informal behavioral assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Create programs, teaching materials, and data collection systems
  • Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical observation
  • Lead regular meetings with families and treatment teams
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Collaborate with schools and other professionals
  • Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (session notes, reports, treatment updates)
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active LABA licensure in Massachusetts
  • 1–2+ years experience working with individuals with autism preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks (BCI/CORI)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
