We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Design, oversee, and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment approaches
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment modifications
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA principles, data collection methods, and intervention techniques
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality of medical records and patient information
- Participate in intake processes, initial consultations, and ongoing patient care activities to support comprehensive behavioral health services
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management
- Ability to perform patient intake assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
