Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Hybrid
Compensation: $77,000 – $85,000 per year + $5,000 sign-on bonus
Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in both home and clinic settings. With strong administrative and clinical support, you’ll be able to focus on meaningful client care while mentoring and guiding your team.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client needs
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to behavior technicians
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to inform treatment planning
- Collaborate with families to deliver parent training and enhance engagement
- Attend educational meetings (e.g., IEPs) and provide clinical recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and data in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
- Ensure adherence to ethical and clinical standards
- Participate in case management meetings and staff development initiatives
- Maintain all required licenses and credentials
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with families, staff, and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
