Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join my ABA therapy practice. In this role, you will provide direct therapy to clients, complete assessments as needed, and design individualized treatment plans to support client progress.

The Clinical Director will provide you with all the support you need when it comes to program development, treatment planning, and navigating client needs. While we are a small and growing practice, my focus is on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians feel valued and set up to succeed.

This position begins at 10 hours per week with evening availability required, with opportunities to increase hours as caseloads grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in alignment with ABA principles.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families to support skill development and generalization.
  • Receive ongoing support and guidance directly from the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in various settings.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing patient assessment to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
