Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will supervise, motivate, and train staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for individuals with behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with families, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral interventions and support systems. Your expertise in behavioral health will be essential in fostering positive outcomes for our clients.

In addition, the BCBA will have display skills in the follow domains: communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Report Directly to the Executive Director
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to ensure cohesive care.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
  • Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of supervisors and therapists.
  • Training of staff.
  • Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Train clients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family
  • Provide direct supervision and parent consultation for our families
  • Conduct and write FBAs
  • Write Progress Reports
  • Lead and mentor team

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate approach towards individuals with behavioral health challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour

Willingness to travel:
