Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient ABA clinic. The successful candidate will design and implement individualized ABA programs, provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with families to support client progress in a clinic-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in an outpatient setting.
  • Design and oversee evidence-based ABA interventions focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Provide a minimum of 20% supervision to RBTs and other paraprofessionals, including direct observation, feedback, and hands-on training during clinic sessions.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to support consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to BACB standards, insurance requirements, and Michigan state regulations.
  • Participate in clinic-based team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan (or eligible for licensure).
  • Experience providing ABA services in an outpatient or clinic-based setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to provide at least 20% supervision to RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a clinic environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and clinic staff.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outpatient clinic environment.
