About Us:

We are HUG Center—a haven for understanding growth—dedicated to offering child-led and play-based ABA therapy. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to our mission and excited to contribute to our supportive and innovative environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children based on assessment results.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in ABA therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
