How will you fit into our community?

Our community needs an experienced professional with vigor and verve to teach our team members the A.B.C.’s of behavior and instill the fundamental aspects of B.F. Skinners’ approach to Behavior Analysis. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, families, guardians, and individuals, you will develop Functional Behavioral Assessments, behavioral treatment plans, staff training, and proficiency checks.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Prioritize kindness, dignity, respect, communication, and integrity.
  • Provide clinical insight and support in a method and manner that is convenient and supportive to individuals.
  • Provide and participate in person-centered services.
  • Work with Farmers to discover their dreams and achieve them.
  • Provide staff with the technical knowledge necessary to best meet the person's unique needs to help extinguish maladaptive behaviors and strengthen appropriate replacement behaviors.
  • Assist with independence goals like financial management, helping the individual get/keep a job, learn to cook, clean, and plan their days.
  • Provide Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavioral Plans that are individualized, least restrictive, and most effective.
  • Create and maintain accurate records, notes, logs, and other various forms.
  • Provide and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • A fantastic sense of humor and caring heart.
  • A kind disposition and desire to help others succeed.
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
  • Board Certification
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass all applicable DCYF, BEAS, Local Law, Federal, and other required background screenings by applicable regulations.
  • 18 Years or older at the time of hire
  • U.S. Citizen or possession of necessary papers allowing the holder to work legally in the United States.
  • Personal/Professional experience caring for others is a significant plus

Schedule

· Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the individuals supported by our community of care.

Service Areas

· Community Residences located in Epping, Raymond, Northwood, North Hampton, Atkinson, Newmarket, and Exeter.

Salary

  • Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
