Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:

We’re hiring a BCBA to lead the development of behavior programs and mentor staff to achieve meaningful outcomes for children. Collaboration with families is central to this role.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Duties:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on FBAs.

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and program revisions.

• Supervise and train behavior technicians.

• Engage with caregivers to align treatment goals with family needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.

• Advanced education in ABA or related fields.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
