Overview:
Blue S.E.A.S is a center-based ABA program serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Massachusetts. This role includes case supervision, program development, caregiver collaboration, and clinical leadership within a supportive, center-based model.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Massachusetts Behavior Analyst Licensure (LABA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs/BTs in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Monitor data collection and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Participate in caregiver training and parent meetings
  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, funder requirements, and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
