Job Overview

We are seeking passionate, collaborative, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBA's) to join our team and lead the initiation of ABA services within our practice, to include credentialing and program development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. They would also possess the desire to align ABA interventions with our current approaches, which include strengths based, child led approaches, sensory integration, Gestalt Language Processing and AAC use. ABA is a new service we are adding to our practice, so the incoming BCBA's would play a vital role in organizing and developing this program.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families in a variety of settings. Our main office location for Behavior services is located at 1450 Daniels Rd. Winter Garden FL 34787.

Our projected start date for initiation of ABA services is February 2026.

This position can be offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor, or W2 Employee.

Pay rates are dependent on clinical experience, program development experience as well as need for support during credentialing phases.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for clients.
  • Offer guidance on special education services for clients within school settings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
  • Offer services in schools, homes, and in clinic.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to patient care.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, intake processes, and patient assessment protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in behavioral health.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
