Responsibilities:

• Develop life-changing, evidence-based programs personalized for each child.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure quality care.
• Offer parent training to support the implementation of treatment strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Assess and plan transitions.

Requirements:

• Must hold certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to reliability.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,311.91 - $101,536.91 per year
