Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

· Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing client progress reports.

· Designing behavioral support plans and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual

· Supervising and training behavior technicians to promote treatment integrity and best clinical practice

· Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers through weekly family guidance sessions

· Graphing data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

· Providing a minimum of 15% supervision to clients weekly, in-person or via telehealth

· Utilizing Central Reach’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to create and maintain documentation as well as collect and monitor data on client progress, RBT notes and RBT-collected data.

Requirements:

  • Must have a current BCBA Certification and willing to get NCLBA if needed
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services supervising technicians

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Hybrid Position/ Part Virtual

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

License/Certification:

  • BCBA (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
