Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will provide direct behavioral therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental challenges. This position will report to the BCBA Supervisor and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Collaborate with Clinical Director to plan schedules of Supervised RBTs.

  • Manage job performance and clinical skills and development.

  • Achieve 30 hours of productivity, and no less than 25 hours weekly.

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill acquisition and behavioral goals.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor and evaluate client progress.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align treatment goals and strategies.

  • Ensure all services comply with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • 2+ years experience as a BCBA

  • Experience working with children aged 2–5 in an ABA or early intervention setting preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and early intervention strategies.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and lead in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven track record of accountability and professional integrity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000-99,000 annually (based on experience).

  • Status: Full-time, exempt position.
