Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

WHO WE ARE:

Reach is a leading and accredited Behavior & Development Center offering ABA, Occupational, and Speech Therapy programs for children. Our comprehensive programs strive to foster children’s independence in areas including communication, social skills, behavior, cognitive functioning, and life skills.
We work with schools and families to serve children of all ages. We see children with a range of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and more.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree in Special Education or related human services field
  • Certified BCBA for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays
  • Positive attitude, self starter, and confident individual
