What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-home ABA services in alignment with client goals and best practices.
• Manage your caseload and schedule with complete autonomy.
• Lead and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families and caregivers.
• Build and scale your own ethical ABA business with our full support team behind you.

What You’ll Need

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia state license.
• At least two years of BCBA experience.
• A commitment to ethical, family-centered care.
• Residence within the state of Georgia(required).

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Work Setting: In-home / Community-based (local to Atlanta metro area)

Compensation: $185,000–$200,000 (average annualized potential)
