As a BCBA at Kidology, you will play a key leadership role in new patient assessments, goal development, case oversight, and clinical guidance. You will provide supervision and support to BHT/RBT staff on your caseload, ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery.
This is an in-field position serving clients throughout the Philadelphia area.

Conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment goals, and complete ongoing reviews to ensure appropriate service authorization and measurable progress.

Provide direct client services as needed and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs.

Collaborate with the ABA team (RBTs/BHTs, Team Coordinator, and ABA Clinical Director) to deliver effective, client-centered behavioral services.

Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and performance feedback to RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts in accordance with BACB requirements.

Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.

Engage families and community partners to promote collaboration, consistency, and advocacy for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Work as part of a collaborative, supportive ABA team dedicated to ethical and evidence-based care.

BCBA certification required

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

2–3 years of experience designing and implementing ABA-based interventions

Strong knowledge of state regulations, supervision standards, documentation, and compliance

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred
