Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

One on One Behavioral Services is seeking a part-time BCBA in the Aventura area.

One on One is run by a BCBA that understands the needs of her clients and
employees. We are a small company based in Miami that can provide individual
oversight, supervision, and training. We are looking for a motivated and
passionate BCBA who provides quality services to their clients. We only work
with private insurances and private pay.

About this role:

As the BCBA, you will be working with RBTs and clients. Unlimited support will be provided on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

·Familiarity with the BACB Task List (5th ed.)

·Familiarity with the BACB Ethics and Discipline Code

·Travel within a 15-mile radius

·Attend meetings and trainings

·Conduct assessments

·Provide monitoring and quality control

·Providing supervision to RBTs

·Maintain open lines of communication with the Lead BCBA

Qualifications:

·Active BCBA certification

·Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education

·8-Hour supervision course

·Experience with children aged 2-12 with Autism

·Experience with VBMAPP and preferably PEAK

·Level 2 clearance

·Professional Liability Insurance

·CPR/First Aid/AED certification

·HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, and OSHA certification

·Fluent in English and Spanish

· Reliable transportation and smart phone

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Strong time management and interpersonal skills
