Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

ABOUT AUTISM CARE THERAPY (ACT)

Autism Care Therapy (ACT) is a growing, multi-state provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy built around one core belief: great clinical outcomes start with supported clinicians.

Unlike high-volume corporate ABA providers, ACT combines strong national infrastructure with locally led clinics. That means:

  • Clinician-first culture
  • Ethical, evidence-based care
  • Sustainable caseload expectations
  • Real leadership growth opportunities
  • Modern systems without excessive bureaucracy

Our franchise model allows each location to maintain a strong, supportive culture while benefiting from national compliance systems, operational support, and strategic growth resources.

At ACT, we are building clinics where BCBAs can grow professionally, practice with integrity, and make a measurable difference in the lives of children and families.

WHY BCBAs CHOOSE ACT

1. Clinical Autonomy
You are trusted as the clinical expert. We empower you to design individualized, data-driven treatment plans without rigid, templated programming.

2. Sustainable Caseloads
We prioritize quality over volume. Reasonable caseload expectations allow you to focus on outcomes, not burnout.

3. Leadership & Career Growth
ACT is expanding. Opportunities exist for Clinical Director, multi-site leadership, and advanced clinical roles as we grow.

4. Supportive Infrastructure
You receive administrative, compliance, and operational support so you can focus on clinical excellence.

5. Collaborative Care Model
Where available, ACT locations collaborate with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and schools to create comprehensive care plans.

6. Forward-Thinking Compliance in Illinois
We actively support BCBAs in meeting Illinois LBA licensure requirements and maintaining compliance with IDFPR and BACB standards.
