We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. Our services are grounded in the principles of ABA and incorporate evidence-based methodologies such Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Applied Verbal Behavior (AVB), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

The BCBA serves as a clinical supervisor for their assigned clients and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of treatment planning and implementation. This includes conducting assessments, developing programs, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

At Positive Synergy, we are a collaborative and innovative team of professionals providing both home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism. We believe that our team’s passion, creativity, and commitment are the driving forces behind our success.

BCBA Responsibilities:

· Conduct formal and informal behavioral assessments to identify skill deficits and behavior concerns.

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based ABA strategies.

· Create teaching materials and data collection systems to support program implementation.

· Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians.

· Monitor treatment integrity through fidelity checks and interobserver agreement data collection.

· Adjust program based on client data, caregiver input, and clinical observation.

· Lead monthly team meetings with families, RBTs, and other service providers.

· Deliver training and consultative support to families, school personnel, and community partners.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and BACB guidelines.

· Provide direct ABA services as needed.

· Complete accurate, timely documentation including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.

· Maintain professional, respectful, and confidential communication with families and team members.

· Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

· Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and families.

· Uphold ethical standards and maintain BACB certification and state licensure.

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

· Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

· Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the state of Massachusetts.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Successful completion of BCI and/or CORI background checks.

· Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
