Job Summary

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and coordination of care. Our BCBAs are critical members of our team, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

  • Implement ABA treatment programs in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments

  • Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and coordination of care

  • Stay up-to-date with industry research and best practices to continuously improve treatment outcomes

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • No years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field required

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments

Work Environment

As a non-traditional therapy setting, our ABA Therapists have the flexibility to work in various environments, including in-home and community-based settings.

Compensation

  • $95 - $125 HOURLY
